A group of students from the Dept. of Information Science and Library Management, Noakhali Science and Technology University, visited the North South University Library on Thursday, February 23, 2023. The purpose of this visit was to get familiar with the modern library system, services, tools & technologies used by the NSU library to serve the NSU community.

Dr. Md. Zahid Hossain Shoeb, University Librarian, welcomed the newly graduated students to the NSU library and arranged a library tour. Mr. Ziaur Rahman, Sumaiya Kainat, & Mr. Ashikuzzaman showed them around the different sections of the NSU Library and gave a practical demonstration of the RFID system of the NSU Library.

During the short visit to NSU Library, NSU library Officials also provided various directions on developing professional and academic excellence among the students. The team was pleased to learn new knowledge and ideas regarding the current role of the modern library in research support and collaboration.
