The North South University Library will remain closed on Tuesday, 14 April 2026, on the occasion of Bangla New Year 2026 (১লা বৈশাখ ১৪৩৩).

On this day, all on-site library services will remain suspended, including: Circulation services (book issue, return, and renewal), in-person reference and research support, access to reading spaces and study areas, and use of all physical library facilities. Regular library operations will resume on the next working day in accordance with the university schedule.

Despite the physical closure, users may continue to access the library’s electronic resources remotely (e.g., databases, e-journals, and e-books) through the OpenAthens service.

For any urgent queries or research-related assistance, please use the Ask-A-Librarian service available on the NSU Library website. The library team will remain available online to support the academic and research needs of the university community.
