The North South University Library will remain closed on Friday, 1 May 2026, in observance of International Workers’ Day and Buddha Purnima.

On this day, all on-site library services will be suspended, including circulation services (book issue, return, and renewal), in-person reference and research support, access to reading spaces and study areas, and the use of all physical library facilities. Regular library operations will resume on the next working day in accordance with the university schedule.

Despite the physical closure, users can continue to access the library’s electronic resources remotely, including databases, e-journals, and e-books, through the OpenAthens service.

For urgent queries or research assistance, please use the Ask-A-Librarian service available on the NSU Library website. The library team will remain available online to support the academic and research needs of the university community.
