The NSU Library will remain closed on Friday, 26 June 2026, on the occasion of Holy Ashura.

During the holiday, all physical library services will remain suspended, including:

• Book borrowing and return services
• Access to reading and study spaces
• Reference and research support at the service desks
• All other on-site library facilities and services

Regular library services will resume on the next working day in accordance with the university schedule.

Although the physical library will be closed, users will continue to have uninterrupted access to the Library’s digital resources through the NSU Library Website, including:

• E-books Database
• Online research databases
• Library Catalogue (OPAC)
• Remote access to subscribed electronic resources

For urgent queries or research-related assistance, users are encouraged to use the Ask-a-Librarian service available on the library website. The library team will remain available online during the holiday period to support the academic and research needs of students and faculty members.
