Upon successful authentication, a confirmation message stating “Access provided by: North South University” will appear, letting you know that you have full access to the resources available within the subscribed databases.

The process for accessing e-resources remotely begins with registering for an OpenAthens account, which can be done by completing the OpenAthens Request Form. Registration requires the use of an official NSU email address and NSU Library Membership ID to confirm your university affiliation. Once registered, users can log into OpenAthens whenever they need to access remote databases, regardless of their physical location. When logging in through OpenAthens, the system verifies your identity as an NSU patron, granting you access to full-text academic resources.
After logging in, you can explore various databases and scholarly materials just as you would on campus.
